REFUND POLICY
DAYotor will only issue a refund if in case we are unable to issue a replacement for your product.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging and product items including accessories.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with the customer.
REFUND OF PARTIAL PAYMENT PAID
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation of partially Paid order

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
All our products are eligible for 5 days warranty for manufacturing defects or damages.
We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. If reverse pickup is not available at location, it has to be shipped back to our warehouse by the customer.
External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on chargeable basis only.
