REFUND POLICY

  • Users can place their return request within 7 days after the product is delivered.
  • Returnable products must be in unused condition with every tag and label attached.
  • The refund will be attributed back to the bank account within 5-7 business days after we are done with the inspection and quality check of the products.
  • To self-ship your products, you are required to kindly pack the things safely and carefully along with the invoice to avoid any misfortune or harm during travel.
  • For returns, we suggest you to do it through a credible courier service.
  • We might not be able to help you, if any item is lost during the transit.
  • We are NOT headed to bear the any of the return charges.
  • In-case, any defective or wrong product is delivered from our side, you are requested to share the image of the product at support@dayotor.com for the verification purpose. We assure you, we’ll pay for the return shipping. We can process a replacement simply after a check procedure is finished.
